Our Terms and Conditions of Business General These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. Description of Goods Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites. Accuracy of Product Information All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of LooKGirls (c) TM is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, LooKGirls (c) TM cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual. Payment and Price The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. All prices on our website will not have VAT added but they don't include delivery charges which will be payable, as indicated, at the time you 'Add to Cart' and will be clearly visible at 'Check-out' . Payment Methods We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch & AMEX via PayPal. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days. Please note that while money paid by cheque is visible in an account after 3 days it is not guaranteed by the Banking System until a further six days has passed, dispatching goods prior to this leaves us at risk of the Bank clawing the money back after goods have been dispatch 'in good faith' - to avoid this delay please select a method of payment other than by cheque. Availability of Goods All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we do not display goods on our web site that are not in stock, this statement is purely to cover events outside of our control, i.e. goods that are discovered to be damaged that sellable in terms of 'stocktaking' but we obviously would not send out if we discover, before sending, are indeed 'not upt o standard'. Delivery Charges All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at the 'checkout'. Delivery in the UK: There is a varying charge of circa £1.50 postage and packing for orders which is low and accounts for the incremental increase if numerous items are purchased. Delivery in Europe: The standard charge for postage will need to be increase to account for the auditable postage which is demanded by companies such as PayPal and to be in-line with our own QA procedures. Standard Delivery Times UK Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be made within 2 working days from clearance of payment (see note above regarding cheques). Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If, in only the most extreme circumstances, we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods. European and Worldwide deliveries will take up to 28 days to be delivered. Risk As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods should be conveyed to us within 2 working days after the delivery. Time Limitation for Notification of Claims Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition, if possible make a note on the consignment note, or inform us within 2 working days after the delivery. Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery. In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 2 working days from delivery. Product Guarantees All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for their stated period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables, cosmetic damage is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled up to 7 working days after the day on which you have received your order, please inform us by post, fax or email. To inform us of cancellations by email send to lookgirlsuk@gmail.com stating ''order cancellation'' as the subject and include all correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full; this does not include any return shipping costs that you incur and the refund excludes our initial postage cost. This refund will be made once the goods have been received exactly as sent-out and delivery is made by 'tracked post'. Faulty Goods Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement, credit or refund for all on-line website purchases. Any orders with faulty goods sent out in error will be refunded in full including the original shipping costs of returning the items to us. As soon as the fault is identified please inform us by email at lookgirlsuk@gmail.com stating ''faulty goods'' as the subject and stating your preferred choice of action on the returns form; then return the goods to us and we will take care of things for you. Where an error has occurred a replacement can be sent very quickly. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Disputes Any disputes between us will be governed by the non- exclusive law and jurisdiction of the English Courts only.
